To continue the process, we need you to fill out the form and send us the following materials: Images of yourself and your artwork (JPEG/PNG, up to 3 MB per image).
A brief biography (in Word or PDF format).Add your own name and artist's name (if applicable), and description of the artwork.
Exclusivity Package: Upload up to 8 images of the artworks + 4 of the artist
